The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, clean common areas, amazing pool, lazy river and wave pool. The check in process appears to be simple but ours took hours with many mistakes. We had 2 rooms, but the reservation couldn't be going at the kiosk. I was charged an extra deposit, quickly refunded when I checked my credit card online. Our rooms weren't ready even at 4pm. We didn't get requested adjoining rooms. It took 2 hours to check in after check-in time. No compensation for the frustration. There should be water refill stations everywhere in the desert, especially in the summer. There weren't any. We felt like a number in a crowd, no personalization. Everything was very expensive and mediocre quality. Our restaurant experience at the Italian was disappointing. The waitress kept running off to a larger table. We were served by 3 different other waiters. The bill for 2 adults and 2 kids=$450! We had fun, but will choose another place to stay next time.

This hotel is beautiful,has lots of reaturants to choose,from ice cream shops to pizza you name it they have it. They have shopping stores also. No need to go anywhere this hotel has everything. And the plus is the casino is not smoky so its good to go sit and enjoy.

This hotel is beautiful,has lots of reaturants to choose,from ice cream shops to pizza you name it they have it. They have shopping stores also. No need to go anywhere this hotel has everything. And the plus is the casino is not smoky so its good to go sit and enjoy.

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately my expectations for this experience did not match my reality . No drinking water in the room , you have to pay for it and when having done a complete tour of Southern California we never ever had to pay for freshwater in our bedroom. This summed up the whole hotel experience. Squeeze every penny from the guests and then expect heavy tips. As you walk into reception, you are assaulted by the smell of cigarettes and you need to be a very aware that the whole of the downstairs casino area is a smoking area and the smell pervaded even up to the 20th floor which is where our room was. As a non smoker , it was nauseating, especially at 7 am when you’re just about to head off a tour. By 4pm the downstairs is a blue fog. It’s a hotel of 2 halves .Beautiful rooms, lovely housekeeping staff, Excellent pool area but indifferent and on occasion semi hostile bar and restaurant service ,and I was very definitely left with the feeling that we weren’t valued as paying guests. Very disappointing…
