My favourite place to stay in Richmond. The rooms are beautiful, big bathtubs, helpful staff, any amenities you could ask for. Free water! It's the courtesies that make such a difference. It's expensive but a luxury experience that makes me want to spend more time in my room than enjoying the city.

The Rosewood is one of those special hotels that I will never forget. It is elegant with thoughtful touches. We were upgraded upon arrival. Our bathroom not only had a waterfall shower with strong water pressure but a tub, a separate water closet and 2 sinks. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with crisp, soft sheets. The staff was helpful with everything. Turn down service at night with shortbread cookies and slippers on a mat next to the bed.
