Many thanks to the hotel staff for making this a great 1st trip to Tokyo. Room was clean and had an amazing shower!!! Hotel was a short walk from Ueno station so the location was super convenient. We chose the included breakfast and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was à la carte and buffet.. perfect start to the day. We would return to this hotel if and when we return to Tokyo.

A good place, close to the Shinagawa station, with pretty rooms and great services. It is a tad noisy during the day and the walls are thin. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Very nicely appointed & functional rooms
A very short walk from ueno station
Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level.
