I was in the city for a work trip, great location. Coffee shops/food/a few bars near by. Valet service sold me.

Magnifique mais manque quelques ressources spécifiques comme un ouvre bouteille à amener en chambre ainsi que sceau et glace…mais malgré tout personnel très à l’écoute et offre un bon service.

I have nothing nice to say. Room is absolutely disgusting, bathroom clogged with no soap available in the room and staff so rude we had to argue for soap. Room not isolated, it was so loud, windows are cracked. Everything was a disaster.

Check in person did the registration like it was a bank transaction. Room was large and clean, but poorly arranged which made it awkward and unwelcoming. There is a space for a fridge, but no fridge in the room, which is unfortunate. The AC unit blows directly onto the bed which make it uncomfortable. Elevator can hold 3 people comfortably; less with luggage. Given the many quality hotels in the area, I would not stay here again.

The staff was amazing, front desk, valet always smiling and very pleasant, very helpful. The restaurant on the 26th floor was a gem, I did not know. The food delicious, music marvelous. Unfortunately I could go only once since they were closed on Sunday.

The hotel is in the best location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!
