The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.

Wonderful location and great boutique hotel! Walking distance from grand central, Bryant park and 10-15min walk to other attractions (MoMA etc). Rooms are super clean - no view from the windows but not an issue given the views are just an elevator away!

The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.

Uma das minhas piores experiências de viagens. Pisos irregulares, falta de acabando, cheiro ruim nas áreas comuns, falta total de conforto na cama, muito barulho, entre outros. A equipe do serviço de café da manhã é o único ponto positivo do hotel, fora isso, absolutamente nada. Não recomendo. Nota: 2.0
