Samae San Island Pet-friendly Holidays

On the main road of China Town so lots of food options. Convenient to visit places of interest around the area by foot, however, beware of traffic once the night market stalls start setting up. Staff were kind and helpful. However the let down was the cleanliness of the rooms. At first glance looked ok but the shower was full of mould + strong smell of mould the minute you open the shower door. Questionable stains on the walls of the room so it didn’t feel very clean. Musty smell in the room.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the suite was very spacious with an excellent view of the river.

Counter Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean even the porter are all so friendly.

The room was clean, but there were no wash cloths. There were hand towels and bath towels…but no wash cloths. We didn’t call the front desk bc it was already very late and we were only staying one night bc we were on a layover. We made it work. The breakfast options are the usual hotel food nothing spectacular. Overall, as I said, the room was clean. I felt safe on the property and from what I was able to see, the pool was nice. Definitely NOT a four star, I’d give a solid three star.

We had a car and it was great that the hotel had it's own private secure car park
