Comfortable, spacious and tidy room as we expected, we choose small apartment this time again to stay. Everything is satisfied including breakfast with variety of choices. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The only disappointment is that this time we take more than 1 hour to wait for our room when we check in at 2:30pm. Anyway, we are happy to got our room upgraded and we believe that housekeeping may need more time to clean up rooms. We are happy to come back to stay at Centara Hat Yai again next year.

The hotel is quite new, design is quite nice. Staff was helpful and polite. It’s a 15min walk fr Lee Gardens, hotel offers free shuttle to Lee Gardens they posted the shudule in the lobby i think. The room i booked didn’t include breakfast so we paid150baht per head for the breakfast.
