Very convenient location. close to many destinations. close to MTA lines. Staff generally pleasant, but not flexible re: combining two serparate reservations. Rooms a little tired, but ok. Elevators and common areas quite satisfactory. Good value for money

The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.
