Henza Pet-friendly Holidays

The excellent service very friendly, only that when we arrived the bathtub was full of mould, we thought that the car parking was free, but everything went very well, although I had tattoos I decided to cover them with some palchos that I carried that there was no problem with me, and I was able to enjoy the pool, but everything was pleasant days, very good buffet breakfast, also the staff of the 13th floor restaurant and bar very friendly and helpful, I think for me that counts a lot the helpfulness and kindness of each person, only some simple little things to improve but I think for me it is a very nice place

Property is gorgeous and well maintained. It is more kid friendly than we anticipated which doesn’t make it as romantic or good for a honeymoon as we hoped. Some extras are quite expensive when you are there like a 35 dollar breakfast per person. Also they said they would clean the room and do turn down multiple times a day but they only do a light cleaning most of the days.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The Thalasso Spa was definitely the highlight of our trip—it was so relaxing and made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back again. We have stayed at the Zoe Resort Sunset Village two times now, and both trips have been amazing! It is close to many restaurants and things to do with kids. It is also very quiet and has beautiful views up on the hillside. We will definitely be staying there again!
