The hotel is very modern, the room was very nice and clean. The hotel arranged for transport from and to the airport. The location is great for exploring Belgrade by foot. Highly recommended!

The place was great - but it was VERY STRESSFUL to figure out the parking. They sent us a link on google maps, but there was no sign to say that it belonged to the hotel, in fact, there were signs saying it belonged to other people! We tried to call the contact number they gave us, but no one answered. We called twice and sent several texts with questions. They were not looked at till the next day when it was WAY too late. It is a very busy part of town and parking is stressful to find. They need to figure out a better system and they need to answer the phone when people call for help.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! Close walk to Knez Mihailova, Waterfront Belgrade, Kalemegdan, and more.
Staff are very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.
