If you want to have a peaceful stay on Jeju island, this is the place. We stayed 3 nights back in June this year with three kids and had so much fun. The place had everything you need and was very large, clean, easy parking and short walk for the best view. Jeju is a truly magical place and we would love to return, and stay at the same place. The host was very quick with responses, and provided us with all the info we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.

We’ve been to a lot of hotels in our life and this has got to be the most unwelcoming Reception we’ve ever experienced. Arrived quite early and the guy on Reception was so rude and told us to come back at 3 pm. Totally inflexible. We went to the swimming pool area to wait for four hours but there were no towels to sit on and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no mattresses. We appreciate sun bathing isn’t really a thing in this part of the world, but a terrible experience none the less. Zero atmosphere with equally unfriendly guests. We asked for a quiet room with a high floor, didn’t get either. Wish we would have not paid extra for the sea room view and just got a car park view. They basically put us in between a massive family who were constantly banging around, going into each others rooms, completely disturbing our sleep and rest. You would have thought it was easy to put us at the end of the corridor but no, they put us in between a very noisy family. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere and there is nowhere to go except the hotel. However, we eat breakfast there which was very good to be fair where the staff were much more friendly. Overall the hotel needs modernising and some TLC. Looks impressive as you drive up to it but the rooms and balcony’s could do with a refresh. In summary pretty disappointing, we had very high expectations that just didn’t deliver. You also have to pay to use the gym!!

Lovely place - modern design, very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Great pools (kids loved them). Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Highly recommended.

Free parking in hotel but need to call for car 15 mins ahead of time because of valet arrangements. No toilet accessories provided so be informed ahead. Beds were a bit too “bouncy” for my liking. Reasonably quiet.

Very nice place to Stay and convenient location staff friendly

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff was very kind.
