Naumi is a wonderful boutique hotel located close to Raffles, Bugis and Suntec. The rooftop infinity pool was a great surprise.

Lovely stay here for business. No complaints about anything, staff, location and quality were fantastic.

Excellent at the arriving door. Went to the desk and not well explaining everything. We didn’t know that all the drinks in the fridge are free so we didn’t touch it, No wardrobe in the room and was hard for 10 days our clothes still in our suitcases. Noisy next room during the night making loud noises. Shower was not working. Big light by the sofa was not working and we reported it. We did expect higher standards for the price we paid for ten days but felt letdown. We did asked to move to other room due to issues but was told we couldn’t and also asked to downgrade but still she said no. The good thing was clean and polite housekeeping staff. Porters on the lobby were all excellent staff. And most of the receptionist staff were very good except the other one (woman). Mall was so good and easy to access. The view from the balcony was pretty good except the smoggy atmosphere.

Great location! Walking distance to many interesting places. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice clean sheets and towels.

door locks will malfunction and you will be locked out of your room, or worse locked in, with no one able to get you in or out. not the staff, manager or security. we slept with door open and unlocked because we were scared of getting locked in as prisoners. all that staff and management will tell you for going through trauma is, sorry.
