房間大，酒店環境好。地點方便。泊車車位充足。有接駁車往來酒店與京都站。早餐有兩餐廳選擇。食物美味，款式多。

Excellent experience of the service and the environment of the hotel. However, there are some little issues was found in the room but can be resolved quickly by the staff. There is 2-3 mins walking time from subway station or bus stop, it is extremely convenience for the transportation.

不是5顆星酒店、所以應對慢、死板。今天又要入住、希望應對得體。樓層景觀都能安排就好

員工不分國籍都十分親切，不管什麼時候進飯店都會有人接應，對客人要求都會盡力達成。房間一個備品意外故障，退房時櫃台特別向我們表達歉意，下次希望能再次入住。

最感動是有天然溫泉，但因為服務時間不太長，人客又多，所以繁忙時間一女需要排隊。 房間空間夠大，職員服務沒 水準很高，整體都非常滿意。

這次的旅行威斯汀酒店真的給了我們大大的驚喜，酒店環境很好，服務也很貼心。下次去應該還是會選擇。

Excellent hospitality. Nice view from the room. However, the location is a bit far away from the Main Street. Overall, it is a superb experience and I will visit again next time.
