The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, there were very loud construction noise coming from upstairs, which was quite troublesome. We did not file a complain because it happened on the last day of our stay, hours before we were checking out. I wish they would have at least inform us before hand.

The staff is very nice and helpful.
The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport.
The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

房內沒有吹風機, 要跟櫃台索取, 也沒有飲水, 要拿水壺到每個樓層的飲水機, 泳池有些落葉. 但是鄰近Lio Beach 算是蠻漂亮的沙灘, 附近也有許多餐廳, 但是沒有商店, 似乎還在發展中
