Clean room, friendly staff

Clean room, nice staff, location was good

Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

The room was clean and was a good size but the shower had no hot water and the noise from the street was too much and eachbnight I was woken 3-4am but the sound of garbage trucks on their rounds, rooms not facing the street are likely to be fine but broken nights sleep each night wasn't ideal as I was trying this hotel instead of another I've used more often while in NYC. Breakfast menu while limited has a decent selection. Location and neighbourhood are both good. The staff are all very helpful and very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious for the location, regrettably the beds weren’t the comfiest.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

We loved the Elizabeth Unique hotel. It is in a great location and everything is high-end.

Clean room, nice staff, location was good

Rooms really clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly . Shuttle bus drivers always very and welcoming . Breakfast always warm and plentiful . The bar was better than i expected and the food was plentiful and lovely

Property was beautifully appointed and friendly staff. However it was hard and frustrating to find a staff member for breakfast service on both mornings when we stayed . Also we had gone out to pool area and no staff members were managing the area so we had to look for towels . We wished there were more fitness offerings / group exercise classes during the week .

Dog friendly and welcoming. Staff super helpful. Rooms were very clean. I’d suggest a first day coffee ticket since there is no coffee maker in the room, and a tech upgrade so I can plug in devices with the new standard wires. Toast food ok. Would love a fresh salad option. Beach is near and restaurants. I came in off season so not much was going on. Lots of nearby construction too. K
