Good central position for time square

I didn't have breakfast. I was denied breakfast and I was running late meeting with my tour guide to the statute of Liberty and Ellis Island. I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately. I was impressed with how clean, comfortable and quiet the hotel is and how conveniently located.

Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Great front desk service; on site restaurant is fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool

Stayed two nights, one of the best launching off points for Times Square and the Theater District. Hotel room was spacious, did not expect a table along with two chairs! Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!
