Ushima Romantic Holidays

We were thankful to find a last minute place to stay after our original plans fell through. Despite the late hour, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was okay with regard to cleanliness… could be better could be worse. My biggest complaint was the odd smell of the room and the black flies in the bathroom-both tolerable but unfortunate.

Fully remote/self service. Check in was through a screen. Love the property and amenities. Wish our stay was longer

Great location , room was very small and with a large luggage it was difficult to maneuver around the room but overall decent and convenient

The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English. The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel.
