The staff is very curtious. I did laundry easily. The breakfast was very good. The MTR subway station is a frw blocks away. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel.

This was a golden experience. I came with our family and 91-year-old mother and they were thrilled. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help you even when you didn’t ask. The accommodations were very close to our Ritz Carlton type stay in the rooms. The grand lobby is bright and beautiful, and the open lounge with coffee& alcohol bar with light dining in the French. European style is really inviting. We didn’t know there was a high-end mall located in the building between floors 2 to 8. In the basement levels there’s an amazing food court with authentic oriental cuisines for less formal dining. The views from our room on the 35th floor with breath taking with the harbor and ocean visible. We liked it so much, we’d go back just to stay there. The location is excellent, and you can walk from the hotel into the nearby community and experience the city and its culture. We loved it.

The location is quite good, being within walking distance to Liuhe Night Market and the metro station. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, and i also like that free snacks and drinks are provided during happy hour. The room is also spacious and clean and comfortable. However, I would suggest for the hotel to provide rubbish bins in the bedroom - i only saw a recycle bin but did not see a normal rubbish bin.

The staff at Hotel Brio were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered good options. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast service can be a bit slow, so it’s a good idea to allow extra time to wait. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff is excellent. Hotel furnishing and rooms a bit old. Need an update.

Great clean room! Solid breakfast options, walking distance to MRT, Main Train station and Night market.
