The hotel was beautiful. They had staff that were eager to help with anything that came up. We were greeted every time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was a junior suite and lovely.

This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well.

Good facilities, fantastic spa with amazing pools. Service was great, kitchen sometimes slow at lunch time.
A well deserved 5 star hotel with so much to do. Breakfast is simply incredible, to me the best I ever had in a while
