The staff was really friendly and always helpful, simple breakfast but has everything you need including vegetarian options. Staff was accommodating for extra food or other options. Location is good, is close to the old quarter but not in the middle of the “chaos”. Close to the Ho Chi Min mausoleum and embassy’s so nice walking areas.
Staff allowed luggage to stay extra days in the hotel and also allowed to use the shower facilities in the spa at no extra charge for evening departure from hotel.
Gym and pool would use some polishing. Overall very sleek boutique hotel - very nice stay in Hanoi.

There are a lot of things that are breaking down. The shower door did not close tightly (stayed open about 1/2”) so the water would splash outside & wet the floor. Facilities came & fixed it but it was not fixed. This could lead to guest slipping & falling. The bathtub faucet was also leaking to the tiles. Gave up on calling to have it fixed.
