No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. The location is fabulous. The views from the apartment are spectacular as it is above a rocky beach (accessible by stairs) and overlooks the bay where the ferry’s come and go. We took brisk morning walks and could have easily walked to get coffee and back (but didn’t because of our other plans).
