The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door ...

The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook. It was decently clean, but could use the deep cleaning. Scrubbing the floor, especially along the baseboards, scrubbing the tile in the shower, etc. The pillows in the master were very flat and could use an upgrade. Definitely needs more lighting in ...

The house was fine we enjoyed the pool.
Pool was fun but house was way to hot. We couldn't sleep well because it was hot we left a day early.
