Disappointment after disappointment

"The apartment is fine on the surface but totally flawed. The hot tub is worn and splintered and doesn't get above maybe 25 degrees, the sauna takes 2 hours to get to 50 degrees, the shower floods the bathroom no matter what. The A/C is literally closed in a press away from the bedroom, so totally ..."
