Room good location good but helpful friendly staff made it better especially Lily who made. the scrumptious breakfasts. Highly recommend this stay in the old quarter

Great support and room were clean breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily

The hotel was excellent in so many ways --- the old quarter location was perfect, the lobby and room were clean and attractive, the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a large variety of choices, but it was the STAFF that truly made it the best place to stay in Hanoi!! They were all so helpful,--- from accommodating my early check in after a long train ride, to arranging taxis, remembering the way I like my coffee in the restaurant, the bartenders in the lovely little sky bar, the cleaning staff, the reception personnel who really "saved" me when I was having an issue with my phone and needed a travel document printed.....I can't say enough good things about them all!! I have stayed here several times in the past two years, and conside it s true gem in the city. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, clean room. No elevator up to sky bar, but food was excellent.

The best location: walking distance to all major attractions and super convenient to explore Old Quarter area. The staff were very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Happy to come back to smiling faces with their warm welcome. The room was clean with the basic amenities, all in all I’d say it is reasonable for the location.

There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards. I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms.
