Good stay in a great location, nothing too notable

The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!

It’s was right next to aria and that good

The check in process is very lengthy, I waited 45 minutes to check in at midnight. Not enough staff working to check in guests. While I was waiting in line, my rooms were released - we were assigned smoking optional rooms, however I had booked non smoking rooms. We had to move to non smoking rooms the next day. I’ll think twice about staying there again.

Valet parking was strange, you had to use and sometimes they would bring your car and other times they would hand you the keys and point to the area your car was in.
