Indian Island County Park Romantic Holidays

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovation and we had one of the rooms yet to be updated but it was still great. The location is fantastic, just a minute walk from 72nd Street station at the 1, 2 and 3 trains which give great access to the rest of the city.

We stayed 1 night. While the bed was comfy, the room stayed too warm and thermostat didn't make any difference. Next morning before check out went to get a shower and the water in the tub was brown and the water didn't get hot at all! Wouldn't recommend here.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Check in was easy, all the staff are so friendly, the rooms are small but clean and super cute. The best part is the location! I would stay here again.

The Margaritaville staff at New York Times Square was exceptional, and the best experience I've ever had! The front desk, housekeepers, servers and host were absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job decorating the room for my son's birthday too. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I was super thankful for the early check in at 1230. However upon arrival we found several short black hairs behind the door in the bathroom. It took 3 separate calls to get it cleaned up (they cleaned it at the end of day two). Manager was supposed to reach out but never did. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was a bummer because part of why we booked this hotel is because we hoped to catch the sunset up there. Also the hotel is just run down. Best up baseboards, discoloration on the marble. Also a bummer they don’t have someone open the door for you. You’d think you’d get a doorman for a hotel of this caliber. Location is amazing if you want to be by Central Park.

Great location. Very small rooms. Fine for one night with family of 5. Was told I was being upgraded and once they realized I booked through Expedia and not directly with them—the upgrade vanished.
