Room and its decor/amenities are dated. I walked in the room and was disgusted with the fishy and mushy smell especially in the bathroom. I had to call for housekeeping to freshen the room with a deodorizer. Not the first time that upon checking in my room, I have to request housekeeping to scrub the bath room sink. Towels are old looking and are not brightly white and fluffy. It’s clean standard is below par for what it claims as a 4-star rating that most Americans are accustomed to.
Staff are friendly and courteous especially the housekeeping and security. Daily supply of two small bottles of water are thoughtful.
Hotel is attached to the huge Eastwood Mall so its location is very convenient and accessible to many American retailers and food chains.
