The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean and serviceable. Shower over bath is ok if you are not too tall! Food was good but difficult to navigate as a vegan, labelling could definitely have been better. Great hotel for a few days of total relaxation and rest.

Large property, with lots of things for the kids to do. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kids loved the kids club, free arcade, pools, playground and chocolate hour! Breakfast buffet had a huge spread and a little corner for kids to take their own food! Special shoutout to the chef at the beach club! His cooking was very good! Yumz! Beach had white fine sand and clear green waters with gentle waves, great to swim and kayak in. Hopefully the beach will remain clean and unpolluted when the new jetty gets built nearby. Only downside were mosquitoes everywhere and ants in the rooms. It was a memorable, fun stay! Highly recommend!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Banyan Tree with my husband and two kids, aged 10 and 9. We travel a lot and I can definitely say this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We absolutely loved it from the second we arrived on the Island. We had booked here as a relaxing few days following a week in Singapore and it was the perfect choice! Our 2 bedroom, ocean view villa with pool was stunning. Took our breath away as soon as we walked in. The whole resort is spotless and the staff are all wonderful, can’t do enough to help you. There's a small kitchen with a fridge and sink. You can’t cook there but we had asked for a microwave as my husband likes to make porridge in the morning which helpfully, was there when we arrived. The buffet breakfast is good, with lots of options. There’s several restaurant choices for eating and all were excellent. With kids, we loved the Xana beach bar which we didn’t need to book. Cocktails were great there too. The pools are lovely, the beach is breathtaking. We also tried the jet skiing which was good fun. Evenings are chilled, there’s a DJ at the beach bar who will do a request if you ask nicely. I would 100% recommend and if I’m ever back in that part of the world would definitely go back.
