Great location. Clean.

Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

Great stay, once we got there. VERY frustrating experience trying to get to the correct hotel: hauling luggage up staircases in the subway and then checking into the Myeongdong hotel. It shows up on NAVER and Google Maps as NINE TREES HOTEL MYEONGDONG 1 (that's a one, because there are two hotels). The second hotel has the *exact* same name with a 2 after it, but every map app cuts off the character count, so guests are left guessing which one they're going to. Taxi drivers don't understand the difference, and our cab driver had to phone the front desk. It took forever, and was not what we wanted to be doing after a 12 hour flight. This is such a simple fix, but this happens to guests every day. The first hotel even has pre-printed maps to direct you to the "other" hotel with the exact same name. The second hotel isn't even in Myeongdong proper, but I'm sure its listed there for better SEO listings. It's a very nice hotel, but an annoying way to start your vacation.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

In a good location, decent amenities

The room itself was pretty clean, only complaint is that there isn’t much space for luggage or anything. Bathrooms were QUITE messy most of the time, but this is more the fault of other guests. Great location, very easy to locate. Didn’t try the provided breakfast as the common area gets quite busy. The staff were helpful when needed. The laundry situation can be quite annoying… there’s like 6 tiny washers that fit nothing, 2 large ones which the staff also use i believe, and only 2 dryers entirely. Guests can be inconsiderate leaving their things in the laundry past the time it’s finished.
