Staff are tring their best but the policies are towards money grab. Surrounding is not convenient as no access to food or any. Being a foreigner, not a good fit. Prefer staying in green park hotel

Overall, Radisson is a great hotel. It is convenient to get to the airport, and to the city. The amenities and staff are great. I landed in Chennai early morning and had to add an extra night for the prior day outside of Expedia booking. Hence the hotel staff kept calling me while I was sleeping at night for bill payments outside of Expedia. Similarly, I wanted to make slight modifications to my Expedia booking but the hotel manager, Molly never responded to Expedia. Those are the reasons I am giving a 4 star to my review.
