Everything was really clean and nice in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice, but they only had one pool open since we went in February. The check in process, and anything customer service related was horrible. I had a beverage credit but wasn’t sure what it could be applied too. I tried calling and sent them a message with no answer. Every time I walked by the front desk, the line was too long for me to want to wait in for a simple question. Three days after checkout they answered my message. The location is a long walk from the strip too if you plan on doing anything there.

Great location, great gaming variety and table pricing. Wait staff available for cocktails. Overall clean, housekeeping friendly. Will definitely be staying again. Would have given it 5 stars as we upgraded to a balcony room on the pool deck but were not aware that the pool area was completely blocked off, includong our patio door as the pool was closed for the season.
