The pictures we seen on our booking are not what the hotel really look like there is construction everywhere and it’s very difficult to get sleep with all the noise. Also the language. Barrier is very bad. They should have someone who can speak English. I can send pictures if you would like

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right?
But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular.
The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us.
And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day.
Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Staff was very helpful and nice. Most spoke English and could translate what was asked. The property is very clean and the views are amazing. It’s located close to most activities that I booked and free shuttle to Patong beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff made my stay amazing. I enjoyed 5days and 4 magnificent nights here!

The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Always had a smile on thier face. Booking for tours at the doorstep, the one down towards the corner was very helpful with our day trip. Lots of food and shopping near by with the beach just across the road.
