Once upon a time this may have been a 4 star hotel. However poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail during cleaning significantly detract from the experience.
A nicely designed room in a great location, very easy check in process and simple to use digital keys.
However, chipped paint, broken lights and door handles, and a generally grotty feel. Not worth the price, would not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had some trouble with our booking and they were extremely accommodating. The rooms and lobby were gorgeous and the staff extremely attentive. We were there in a heat wave and the AC was amazing.

Andaz Amsterdam was okay, but it would not be my first choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel. I also think it is too expensive for what it offers.

The Pulitzer is a great stay in a wonderful location, with exceptional staff. We had one night in Amsterdam, and they helped to make it as special and fulfilling as we could hope! We will be back!
