Hotel was good. But for $1000 a night at a hotel in NYC mid September and having no hand soap in the bathroom is what threw me off. I’ve stayed at other hotels in NYC that was a fraction of this price and had these basic things. But overall, hotel service, location, staff, cleanliness was good. 4/5 hotel
