On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.
In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms crawling around the room. It’s absolutely disgusting.
在最後一晚住宿時，沖涼的時候水龍頭全是啡黑色污水。然後向櫃位職員投訴，他只係冷淡回應說什麼水管工程。你們做完水管工程不用通知一聲住客開水的時候注意污水有機會排出嗎？完全沒有服務質素可言。非常失望。千萬不要選擇這間酒店。
另外這裏有嚴重的昆蟲問題，很多螞蟻蚯蚓。在房間走來走去。十分嘔心。
