This hotel is perfect! Great location. Terrific service & very clean. The reason I gave 4 strars is bc the mini fridge in our room was a little noisy. Highly recommend.

The hotel was full and we were on the top floor, Typically, not be a bad thing. In this situation, it was terrible because the elevator was broken. It was very hot out and humid and the rest of the property/room was below average, so we left.
There are better hotels for the money in just as good of locations in Chang Mai.

The front desk staff and restaurant servers were so very friendly and professional. This made our trip very special. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and easy to get to in old Chiang Mai.
