"When I arrived at the Hotel, I was extremely stressed due to having my phone stolen earlier on in the evening, had no access to my contacts or emails and was lucky to remember the name of the hotel as I have memory issues. Bertille, who was on the desk that night, restored my faith in people as she offered kind words, let me use the computer and phone to try to get in touch with important services and people, even booking a cab for me as I no longer had a phone to do this. "We liked the area, lots to see and do"

"Only good thing about this hotel is it's location , right next to Anver metro station, walking distance to sacre cour bassilica and proximity to several eating places, supermarkets. The folks at reception are quite nice. This is where good things end..very small room. Uncomfortable, probably broken bed. Not many power points inside room to make use of either Room fan or kettle. And yes finally it's pretty expensive, considering the size, comfort and facilities.."
