「They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.」

「Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. 「The room is very dusty. The aircon was also dusty. We keep on sneezing inside the room because I and my brother is allergic to dust. The rate for the room doesn’t give justice to what we experienced. It's not reasonable. The toilet exhaust fan doesn’t function and there’s an annoying sound coming out from it. I hope that you 」
