「This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.」

「Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. 「Harde bedden kamer 201 was een bar aan de andere kant van de weg. Aircon was goed douche was goed alleen de douche kop gedeeltelijk verstopt. Geen water water te koop in hotel maar duur. Ontbijt was beperkt in soort maar smaakte goed.」
