Very nice hotel, close to Port and bus terminal and SM Mall. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Great for the money. The area was very dark at night so we didn't venture outside after dark.

Rooms are comfortable but the facilities are showing their age. Some minor issues we noticed were holes in the bath towels, the wall AC made a constant and annoying chirping noise, shower lacked enough warm water to shower, the floors in our room were very dusty, etc...

Good stay in central location

Better than average hotel in central location. Walking distance to SM Bacolod. Breakfast buffet is good, rooms are comfortable and WiFi is adequate. Friendly staff are great.

Treated Like Royalty

I was treated like royalty at this hotel. The staff in the hotel restaurant were all first class. The door men especially a young man named Relly were so helpful and caring. If I ever go back to Bacolod, this is the only place I will stay.

The hotel interior is pleasant and clean. Staffs are courteous and helpful. The restaurant is nice. The hotel neighborhood is a little bit rundown although pretty safe. Overall the hotel met my expectation except the bathroom water heater doesn't work.

comfortable hotel

very clean hotel with a nice reception desk and very courteous staff. very good breakfast buffet and excellent restaurant with reasonable pricing. the only negative is there are no drawers in the room to place clothes however room is comfortable. I would recommend it to friends.

clean hotel in the center of Bacolod, 10 mns walk to SM mall, the cathedral and the main square....spacious and confortable room, nice bed, good breakfast, decent wifi and good tv package...nice staff, i would recommend this hotel.
