「too small」

「Parking at the hotel was a plus albeit a very tight car park. Reception staff were pleasant and very welcoming. Room was very spacious as was the en-suite bathroom. Very clean. Didn't like breakfast area as it seemed to be part of another establishment. Breakfast was just okay. Evening menu was limited and a bit pricey( a couple walked out after sitting down and seeing the prices).We were surprised to find you couldn't get anything to eat after 8.45pm! 「General speaking is good, the hotel is very near the castle. Also has discount to buy things in their big shop.」

「Varun the host was great and readily available with any questions we had and we appreciated that we were able to check-in early. There was a problem with the wi-fi initially but Varun went out of his way to get it fixed as soon as possible. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything: pubs/restaurants grocery store, etc & a few minutes walk from the bus. Bedroom was a bit small but manageable, kitchen had everything we needed.」

「The place was a bit out of the way but just fine for the price. The only problem I have is with the crummy rewards from hotels.com. I earned $1.77 or around 2% while the old rate was a standard 10% every time. I'm really not happy with the change in management at hotels.com. 」
