"Location good particularly if you travel by train. All staff thet we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It's an old ornate hotel but quite run down and in need of repair in areas, e.g...tiles in bathroom chipped, drawer in room didn't close. Also, cleanliness was an issue...dirty towel rails and door in the bathroom,dusty surfaces in the bar/restaurant area and the tv remote was definitely not clean! We had a twin room yet there was only one large bath towel. Breakfast was beyond...

"We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "
