「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

「Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「Nothing to fault this hotel. However, if you are uncomfortable sleeping in a soft bed with only very soft pillows then one of the rooms in the basement may not be for you. Possibly they are all similar. Despite this, and it is a very personal preference, nothing to fault this hotel at all and I’d recommend it to anyone. 」
