「Comfortable, nice service」

「The hotel location is great that near MRT with just 1min walk distance and on the line to the airport. Easy to travel to the attractions. The design of building is also fantastic however when it comes to the view from your room, you can hardly see any views except the plant wall and also the dust and dead leaves on the floor which seem the hotel won’t clean regularly. The door of one toilet cabinet is broken but it has NO sign on that but just one wire attached to avoid from falling down...

「the room is comfortable and clean, the location is convenient for traveling which is next to the mrt station and shopping mall. 」

「The room is spacious and the swimming pool is great. However the swimming pool occasionally have no life guards in opening hours. Also, the equipment in the room is a bit old , sometimes have somelight flashing and the water drainage is quite slow. But overall is a very pleasant stay with very conveninet location. 」

「Small but cosy hotel. Love the easy walk to Singapore River and have lots of restaurant there. 」

「While the other amenities were nice and the bed was comfy, the things that stand out the most were the staff's superb attitude and especially the food choices in the club lounge during canape session . During the session, different scrumptious snacks were provided such as finger licking chicken wings, decadent chocolate opera cakes and chocolate tarts, which were surprisingly delicious. Other than that, it was great that there were different hot and cold beverages (from tea bags to soft drinks)...
