Las Vegas Strip 5 Stars Hotels

"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...

"Excellent stay overall. My only negative with this being a 5-star resort, is that I expect daily housekeeping not just once per stay. Quick daily checks for toilettries /towels would make a big impact. That aside, Palazzo was fantastic. Pool areas are absolutely gorgeous Restaurants are great and casino is noticably much less smokey than others. Palazzo far exceeds most other resorts on the strip and does not disappoint. We will definitely be back. "

"I still like the Bellagio due to its central location on the strip, but this time our stay wasn't as smooth as the previous one. Had 2 room changes due to the hotel's fault (first one was because the housekeeper left our room door unlocked, second was due to construction noise), but got food and beverage credit at the end. Would still go back but would need to make sure there's no construction around our floor. "

"The hotel was lovely. Great variety of dining options. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing was our room was not vacuumed and the desk where the snacks and fridge had a film of dust on arrival. On day two the room was vacuumed but desk was not cleaned through out our stay. We put that down to staff shortage so didn’t make a fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though. "

"Loved how everything was on site with options. Food options are quite expensive for what you get. Zouk was an absolute nightmare, and I do not recommend going. The wifi was weak, and I think asking for guests to pay to upgrade to a useable speed at a resort of this caliber is a bit uncouth. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved it. It is a bit removed from the strip so know that getting a taxi is super easy. The staff was always super nice and very helpful. "

"We could have just stayed and enjoyed the hotel and never left our room/hotel for 3 days. Our view from our room was phenomenal. Service was exceptional. The pool vibes were relaxing and serene. The brunch buffet was incredible!! "

"Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very quiet. Had one issue waiting for elevator on weekend mornings. Waited 30 minutes to get a ride down from 18th floor. "

"Love the atmosphere and location! Great service, nice and quiet, non-smoking great restaurant and bar options on site with convenient access to many other options nearby. Easy access to tram that runs to Bellagio. Very handy to have room key, check in and out on MGM app on phone. "

"The hotel was nice, but when our room was cleaned, we did get sheets with blood stains. Staff didn't offer anything except to tell management. "
