「This property is immaculate and has been added to with a new “wing” of bedrooms to a very high standard. The proprietors and staff are very efficient and amiable. Excellent breakfast with extensive choices of produce.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!」

「I'm from Taiwan and it's my first time to Inverness. Really recommend this hotel. Location is good and the room is clean.」

「This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. 」

「We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again.」
