「無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 」

「Good stay, rooms spacious and clean. Stay at breakfast let the score down, as we’d not pre-booked we felt to be an inconvenience to the staff team and asked to stand back while other guest were dealt with. After waiting, having a credit machine thrust at us we were then ‘permitted’ to sit at the table we were standing beside, it spoiled an otherwise great experience. Other staff, the room, swimming pool were great.」

「On arrival at Waterside Hotel, found the car park was mostly filled with work vans, so wondered if it was the right choice for a couple, but on entering we found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean, the TV was set on the dressing table blocking the mirror. Breakfast in the morning was really good, with a great choice and tasty well cooked hot food and good speedy service, so good value overall.」

「We had originally planned 2 nights in The Spey, but we had to leave after 1 night due to a storm incoming & needing to catch a very early flight in Inverness. We loved the room & the quiet setting. Bed was firm, which was perfect. Very clean. No staff on site, which was odd but not a problem. Would stay here again.」

「On arrival I had a problem with my room door, after waiting in the bar for around 30 mins the very helpful young lady off reception came and offered me a free room upgrade which turned out to be very nice. Breakfast was expensive and very average, bathroom in my room was superb the rest of the hotel was a little musky smelling and in need or some work everywhere except the dinning area and the bathroom, my friends room near reception was very musky smelling and was over £100, stunning gardens...

「Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again.」
