Comfortable hotel, a professsional and efficient welcome and service through out. The hotel parking is full of vehicles clearly not staying at the hotel, it appears they are parked and perhaps off shore

5 stars is not enough

Even before we arrived the hotel was amazing in assigning us a room specifically so that my autistic son would have an unobstructed view of the airport and runways. And again once we were checked in and settled they were still checking if we needed anything else or how else they could facilitate our stay. The hotel itself was spotless. The food in the restaurant was delicious. And I would definitely stay here again

A great place to stay.

The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements.

Good hotel not enough parking

Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again.

Hotel good, reception staff questionable

Overall stay was good, however, I didn’t think the reception staff were the most welcoming. I asked about the breakfast and all I was told was “everything is on the information sheet”, which is fine, but would have been more welcoming if I was told the time. Even when passing by reception for breakfast, although they seen me, no acknowledgement from them. The most welcoming was when I was checking out. It’s a shame as I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was a much more pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel but Sort out the Parking

Nice comfortable and quiet rooms. Average breakfast and standard ping a ding evening menu. Good location fir me , close to the airport and clise to my place of work. However, the ample sized car park was full, i believe the hotel offers a airport parking service while customers are away. There was no available car parking when i arrived each evening at 16.30. All the local roads were double yellowed. A lot of cars (including myself) parked on the pavement, i did move my car when a space became available. When i checked out at midday all the cars on the pavement had tickets on them...... I shall bot be staying here again

Great airport hotel

A nice hotel with large clean bedroom and bathroom. Very nice temperature through the night and a bright big bathroom with good sized shower. Would definitely stay again
