「What a stunning part of the world this is! We stayed in 2 adjacent properties as an extended family of 14. The property was beautiful, in a picturesque location with all you would need for a get together of any kind. We came up to Aberdeenshire to scatter my Dad's ashes in a nearby village and it was the perfect balance of remote and within travelling distance of Aberdeen and surrounding areas. I can't recommend the property and the area/location highly enough」

「This property was exactly as expected and really good value. The location is lovely and really convenient for hiking, mountain biking and all the area has to offer. Ballater is very close (less than 10 min cycle). Interior is exactly as in the photos. Plenty of space for boots, coats etc. Comfortable beds with lovely linen. 」

「for us it was a relaxing environment in a very busy week. Our participation in the Royal Deeside golf week could not be better than from this beautiful house. in the house everything is present and clean.
