「Personale molto disponibile e preparato, Cristine Camille e’ stata la nostra referente per il soggiorno, sempre risposta pronta e si è occupata sia del noleggio auto che di escursioni, consiglio di affidarsi senza timore. La struttura e’ praticamente nuova e ha tutti i confort. La spiaggia nelle vicinanze è una delle poche che anche con il mal tempo ha sempre il mare calmo. Consigliatissimo」

Don’t be put off by some of the reviews saying it is a busy road, it’s not!! We stayed in a Mountain View room that was so spacious. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. 「L’scale Marina and Resort was a wonderful understated property just across from Eden Island in Mahe. Though apparently the property is over 3 yrs old, it feels as if it’s brand new. It is a small boutique resort on the marina, with a pool, resturant, and lovely spa. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Very quiet and in walking distance of small mall on Eden Island. Highly recommend,」

Christine the property manager helped with transportation from the airport, arranged to have the rental car delivered at the villa and helped us to feel comfortable and relaxed. A true vacation. The beautiful beach across the street was perfect with the most beautiful sunrise. Looking forward to our return one day. 」

「A bit far from Victoria, which meant renting a car, taxi or public transportation. The public bus was an experience every traveller should do at least once. It is efficient but a wild ride! Taxi’s expensive. The staff at crown beach did their very best at suggesting tours and those which allowed hotel pick up. The restaurant was good but expensive. We would actually return as it was quiet ,on the beach and staff impeccable especially John! 」

「非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了...
